Dirt; The filter material at the inlet of the oxidation fan is not good enough, causing fibers to occasionally fall off. There are more solids that are difficult to dissolve in the oxidizing air cooling water, which will increase the possibility of blockage to some extent.
Corresponding measures have been proposed to address the problems in the renovation of fans: improving the environment of the oxidation fan room; In order to facilitate timely inspection and removal of scale samples, flange connection inspection should be installed at the bottom of the oxidation fan main pipe at the bottom of the manifold hole; Timely clean the scale at the connection between the cooling water pipe nozzle and the oxidation air main pipe; Choose a filter with better material and clean the filter of the oxidation fan in a timely manner. If there is a deviation in the oxidation pressure indication value on the desulfurization DCS screen, active measures should be taken to solve the problem. Staff should regularly test and inspect the on-site pressure gauge of the oxidation fan to identify and promptly address any issues.
Compare the operating parameters of oxidation fans. During operation, if the power and pressure of the oxidation fan are lower than the parameters of the backup oxidation fan, please check for any leakage points. If it is found that the backup oxidation fan is damaged due to high air temperature, the staff will propose corresponding solutions for the following reasons: regularly check the electric door and inspection door at the outlet of the oxidation fan, and replace the electric door in a timely manner due to aging and damage to the rubber lining of the metal corrugated expansion joint.
