A detailed analysis of the reasons and treatment methods for insufficient oxidation air volume in the desulfurization and oxygenation fan system is mainly manifested in the following four aspects:
1. The oxidation air branch pipe in the absorption tower is severely blocked;
2. The connection between the nozzle of the oxidation air cooling water pipe and the main pipe is severely contaminated;
3. The oxidation pressure indication value on the desulfurization DCS screen is incorrect;
The severe blockage of the oxidation air branch pipe in the absorption tower is one of the reasons for the lack of oxidation air in the desulfurization and aeration fans. The connecting bolts of the branch pipe elbow and the fixed components of the absorption tower have all fallen off. Due to this feeling, the oxidized air branch pipe was damaged. Each fixed beam has a hole on the retaining ring. There are five reasons for the blockage of the oxidation air branch pipe:
1. The oxidized air cannot strictly flush the water gate;
2. An error occurred during the installation of the oxidation air cooling water nozzle, resulting in an increase in air temperature in the oxidation air branch pipe, leading to nozzle scaling and blockage;
3. The quality of the absorption tower slurry is unqualified;
4. Lack of sufficient oxidizing air in the absorption tower resulted in the slurry being poured back into the oxidizing air tube.
5. The density and liquid level of the absorption tower have not been properly controlled. Provide reasons for taking corresponding measures;
