Using air suspension bearings, the rotor is completely suspended during operation without friction, reducing mechanical losses; No need for cooling impellers to avoid energy loss; Compared with traditional air compressors, it saves more than 30% energy and reduces operating costs. The integrated design of the body structure through the flow channel design cools the heat generated by the electronic control equipment and motors installed inside the body during operation through the intake of air without the need for additional cooling fans. During operation, the rotating shaft utilizes high-speed centrifugal force to suspend itself on the active air bearing.
The air suspension blower draws inspiration from the turbine engine technology of airplanes and is a new concept of single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower.
