Today, I will briefly share with you the maintenance and adjustment modes of the desulfurization and oxygenation fan:
1. When the desulfurization and oxygenation fan is running normally, it is strictly prohibited to fully close the exhaust valve and operate at overload.
2. The sewage and oil storage in the gas tank are below the vernier scale, the pressure gauge shows no pressure, and there are no oil droplets on the drip nozzle. Operation is strictly prohibited.
3. After running for 240 hours, the lubricating oil of the new desulfurization and oxygenation fan needs to be replaced. If it turns black and thick, the lubricating oil should be replaced in a timely manner. Replacement method: Open the fuel tank filler cap and remove the fuel supply filter
4. When disassembling the fan, the fitting dimensions should be measured, recorded, and marked to ensure that the original fitting requirements can be maintained after assembly.
5. It is recommended to inspect and replace the lubricating oil and related vulnerable parts of the desulfurization and oxygenation fan once a year.
Adjustment mode:
1. Check the backup fan of the desulfurization and oxygenation fan system and prepare for start-up.
2. Simultaneously start the standby fan for desulfurization and oxygenation, and stop using it. When the standby fan is running normally, slowly close the fan outlet and open the standby fan circuit. At the same time, gradually close the auxiliary pipeline valve of the standby fan, so that the outlet pressure is slightly higher than the working pressure at the outlet of the fan to be stopped. While performing the above operations, gradually open the auxiliary pipeline valve of the in use fan and gradually close the outlet valve of the in use fan, so that the outlet pressure is slightly higher than the original outlet working pressure.
3. Gradually close the auxiliary pipeline valve and outlet valve of the desulfurization and oxygenation fan in use until they are completely closed. Simultaneously open the auxiliary pipeline valve and outlet valve of the standby desulfurization and oxygenation fan until they are fully opened. At this point, stop the operation of the fan and complete the switching operation of the desulfurization and oxygenation fan.
