1. Axis

2. Bearing
The bearings of the air suspension blower adopt air lubricated radial bearings and thrust bearings, which have a long service life of over 100000 hours.

3. High speed motor
The motor should be a permanent magnet synchronous motor or a high-speed magnetic induction motor, with a speed of about 40000 r/min. The efficiency of the motor should reach 96% or more, IP54,380V,50Hz。

4. Flow and pressure regulating device
The flow and pressure regulating device of the air suspension blower adjusts the flow by adjusting the shaft speed through a frequency converter speed control system.

5. Outer box
The outer box with steel structure protects the turbine blower, high-speed motor, speed control system, controller, etc., and also serves as a support. The bottom of the box is equipped with anchor bolts, which can be adjusted horizontally by oneself.

6. Impeller

8. Air filter

9. Cooling method
