The speed of the air suspension blower is high, and the motor is running normally. As the speed increases, the outlet air pressure of the primary fan increases significantly. The air pressure of the external axial flow wind, external swirl wind, and internal swirl wind can basically reach 50-60kPa, and the outlet air pressure increases significantly, which can be maintained above 60kPa, at least 4kPa higher than that of ordinary fans. The motor current and power are both lower than the rated values, and the fan operates stably without any abnormalities. The shape adjustment of the flame is flexible, and the shape and length of the flame inside the kiln can be controlled within a reasonable range, ensuring the length and temperature of the firing zone inside the kiln. The flame is smooth, powerful, and stable in shape, improving the stability of kiln calcination.
The increase in wind pressure and speed ensures the full combustion of coal powder, bright kiln front, uniform and dense grain formation of clinker, increased clinker weight, stable material layer of grate cooler, and the secondary air temperature can be controlled at around 1150 ℃, which is conducive to the stability of the system operating conditions. At the same time, the air coal mixing effect has been effectively improved, and the full combustion of coal powder has improved the reducing atmosphere inside the kiln, resulting in a decrease in kiln tail temperature. This has reduced the formation of skin in the preheater system and stabilized the thermal state of the system.
The operating power of the air suspension fan is basically around 85kW, which saves 30kWh/h compared to the Birotz fan. The noise level is reduced from 107dB to 76dB, and the noise reduction effect is significant.
