When installing the fan, attention should be paid to the reform of the inlet and outlet pipelines in accordance with the plan requirements. Therefore, it is common to propose reforms based on the actual environment.
2. When the inlet area is smaller than that of the modified fan, the inlet pipeline needs to be reformed along the way. If the environment does not allow it, it is recommended that the dispersion angle of the inlet variable diameter pipe should not exceed 5 °.
3. The deviation of the inlet and outlet pipelines should be equal to that of the fan inlet and outlet, and the normal error should not exceed 5 °
4. The interval between the inlet bend and the fan inlet is at most 1.5D. (D is the equivalent diameter of the fan inlet)
5. The interval between the outlet bend and the inlet of the fan is at most 1.5D. (D is the equivalent diameter of the fan inlet)
6. The welding seam of the fan pipeline has a smooth transition, and excess pipe material needs to be cut off during welding.
