After analysis, it is believed that the high amount of coal and insufficient combustion of coal powder are the main reasons for the above problems. Incomplete combustion of coal powder can lead to a severe reducing atmosphere in the kiln. FeO reduced from Fe2O3 is prone to form low melting point compounds with other oxides. The formed furnace and auxiliary kiln skins continue to fall off, causing chaos in the thermal system.

The cement plant first made improvements in batching and process operations. Insufficient air pressure, poor dispersion of coal powder, and poor air coal mixing are the fundamental reasons for insufficient coal combustion. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the air outlet of the fan. After comparing and measuring the wind pressure, the cement plant decided to adopt air suspension fans for energy-saving renovation.

During the fan renovation process: remove the backup fan from the original main fan, install the air suspension fan on the original fan base, remove the original backup fan duct, and carry out the overall design and installation of the suspension fan outlet duct. The air suspension fan must maintain a high speed of 24000r/min during startup, and the speed must be controlled between 24000 and 27000 r/min during operation. Therefore, increase the residual exhaust pipe and bypass pressure relief pipe of the air suspension fan to exhaust the air. Pipeline valve. Both air to air exhaust pipes are equipped with mufflers to reduce noise pollution, and the original main fan is used as a backup fan for the air suspension fan.
