1、 Preface
Our company produces high-temperature insulation, anti-wear, and anti-corrosion silicon crystal gel coatings, which are refined using advanced processes and technologies. All technical indicators meet the requirements of standard CB-4653-84, and have the characteristics of high insulation, strong coating adhesion, anti-wear and anti-corrosion, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, good energy-saving effect, and long service life. Overcoming the shortcomings of some similar products in China, such as unclear energy-saving effects, easy detachment, and cracking.

2、 Product Usage
Anti wear, anti-corrosion, and thermal insulation silicon crystal adhesive layer material is widely used in industrial equipment powered by coal, electricity, and gas to achieve energy conservation and extend equipment service life. It is mainly used for:
1: Temperature regulation inside and outside the tube bundles of high and low heat exchangers in large power plants
2: The use of regulating the flame deviation and regularity in the furnace temperature of large boilers
3: The use of internal and external insulation to save energy in the transmission of heat loss during large-scale thermal energy pipelines

5: Construction process flow
① Clean up the ash layer and rust on the construction pipe surface, then mix the components A and B in proportion, stir evenly, and apply them evenly to the substrate surface by brushing or spraying, brushing 2-3 times to the specified thickness.
② After natural curing for at least 24 hours, the coating can be dried in an oven at low temperature for 12 hours before heating up.

The external wall thermal insulation coating invented by our company is a single component bone white paste with a temperature resistance range of -30 to 120 ℃. It is a new type of space energy-saving reflective thermal insulation coating that integrates high efficiency, thin layer, thermal insulation, decoration, waterproofing, fireproofing, anti-corrosion, and insulation. The coating can be connected to a three-dimensional network ceramic hollow shielding structure by closed microspheres on the surface of the object. The insulation level of the coating reaches R-30.1, the thermal reflectivity is 90%, and the thermal conductivity coefficient of the coating is only 0.04W/m.K, which can effectively suppress the radiation and heat conduction of the sun and infrared rays. The thermal insulation and temperature suppression efficiency can reach about 90%, and can maintain 70% of the heat in the object space without loss. YS-1 high-temperature resistant insulation coating is made of nano ceramic hollow microspheres, silicon aluminum fibers, Zhisheng Weihua high-temperature resistant solution, and various reflective materials. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -80 to 1800 ℃ and can directly face flames for insulation. The Zhisheng thermal conductivity coefficient is only 0.03W/m.K, which can effectively suppress and shield infrared radiation and heat conduction. The insulation suppression efficiency can reach about 90%, which can suppress the thermal radiation and heat loss of high-temperature objects. It can effectively cool low-temperature objects and suppress the cooling loss caused by environmental radiation heat, as well as prevent object condensation. Coating effect:

1. Building insulation application: Applying 4-15mm RLHY-11 ambient temperature insulation coating can prevent 30% -90% heat loss.

2. Building insulation application: Applying 0.5-1mm RLHY-11 ambient temperature insulation coating can keep the exterior surface of the building warm
