Background conditions: The original 3 # boiler operates at a high bed temperature and load close to 980 ℃, which poses a risk of coking during operation. The risk factor for adjusting the boiler load is also high, and the furnace outlet temperature is between 880 ℃ and 920 ℃, which increases the combustible materials in the boiler fly ash, makes it difficult to control nitrogen oxides, and increases the amount of urea used. This not only increases production costs, but also poses safety hazards during operation.
Specific implementation plan:
Install a discharge ash tank, sealed unloader, Roots blower, self-made ash air separator, and corresponding pipelines at the ash hopper of the 3 # electrostatic precipitator. Operation mode after put into use: After the fly ash re ignition system is put into operation, the electric precipitator electric field bin pump is controlled from automatic to manual according to the boiler load, keeping the ash volume in the ash hopper between high and low levels. When the ash hopper reaches the high material level, the automatic ash conveying mode is put into operation, and the ash is transported to the ash silo. After the material level drops to a reasonable range, the operation of the bin pump is stopped to ensure that the amount of fly ash re ignited by the boiler is uniform and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
Beneficial effects: After the implementation of the circulating ash system, the boiler bed temperature can be steadily controlled between 920 ℃ and 950 ℃, and the furnace outlet temperature can be increased to between 900 ℃ and 930 ℃, reducing the generation of combustible materials and nitrogen oxides in fly ash. The use of urea is significantly reduced, which not only saves production costs but also stabilizes boiler operation and reduces the risk of high-temperature coking while ensuring safe boiler operation.

The workshop electrical maintenance specialty completed the technical renovation of the fly ash reignition system through independent design and construction, and all materials were reused, saving about 50000 yuan in investment.
