2025-04-16

Test objective 1: To determine the uniformity of air distribution in the combustion system, to determine the uniformity of primary and secondary air distribution in the swirl burner, and to determine the air flow characteristics of the air and smoke system damper. 2. Determine the resistance characteristics of the burner and combustion system. 3. Determine the fluid dynamic characteristics of the burner. 4. Study the aerodynamic field principles of furnace flame filling and furnace coking. 5. Study the influence of boiler combustion on the wall temperature of the heating surface, the deviation of steam temperature, and the aerodynamic characteristics of abnormal combustion conditions.

Purpose of boiler cold dynamic field test:

1. Determine the uniformity of air distribution in the combustion system, determine the uniformity of primary and secondary air distribution in the swirl burner, and determine the air flow characteristics of the wind and smoke system damper.

Preparation work before the experiment

According to the experimental observation and requirements, the furnace should be equipped with sufficient scaffolding to ensure safety. The scaffolding should not affect the airflow characteristics inside the furnace, and sufficient furnace lighting should be installed to facilitate experimental observation.

Two hours before the experiment, start the induced draft fan, supply fan, and primary fan to blow the furnace, ensuring that the internal environment of the furnace is not too harsh during the experiment and ensuring the smooth progress of the experiment.

Before the experiment, a comprehensive measurement and calibration of the burner nozzle and the baffle of the air and smoke system should be carried out to ensure the authenticity of the experiment and to correctly simulate the aerodynamic field inside the boiler.

Test monitoring content

1、 Observe the filling degree of furnace airflow

The filling degree is generally calculated by the ratio of the effective airflow area to the entire furnace cross-sectional area. The higher the filling degree, the smaller the vortex area in the furnace, the higher the furnace utilization rate, and the lower the flow resistance of the airflow in the furnace.

2、 Observe the dynamic airflow inside the furnace

Does the airflow wash away the walls? If so, the furnace is prone to coking or high-temperature corrosion; The uniformity of airflow distribution on the furnace section, if there is a deviation, will cause the temperature on the deviated side to be too high, resulting in temperature deviation, overheating of the heating surface, coking and other abnormal situations.

3、 Observing the mutual interference of jet streams inside the furnace

The mutual interference between the secondary air inside and outside the burner, as well as the primary air and central air.
